HOUSE FIRE 49 FERRIS AVE

Norwalk Fire Department was dispatched to a house fire at 49 Ferris Ave at 4:30 p.m. Three engines, Two ladder trucks, a rescue truck, and a command car responded. Firefighters operated two hose lines and confined the fire to a basement apartment. All occupants were out of the house before the Department arrived. Firefighters carried out one uninjured dog. There were no injuries reported. Crews are picking up, and a Fire Inspector is on scene at the time of this report, 5:42 p.m.
