Press Release
Norwalk Fire responded to # 2 Meadow St. at 12:57. A 40 ft. container containing rolled electrical conduit, both in & on top, was fully involved.
The plastic burns at high temps and produces highly toxic smoke.
The fire spread to adjacent products and ignited a car on the adjacent property.
The fire was under control in about an hour.
The cause is still under investigation. There were no reported injuries.
