DAY 1:

30 minutes of cardio- easy

Followed by:

10 Air squats

20 Push Ups

30 Mountain climbers (total)

40 Walking lunges (total)

50 Step Ups (total)

Repeat for a total of 3 sets

DAY 2: 3 sets of:

Feet elevated push ups x 10

5 Turkish get ups per side

Bent over Barbell Row x 12

KB Plank pass thrus x 10

If have time:

40sec on 20 sec off for a total of 20 min

AB at 55RPM

Every 5 mins treadmill run for .25 miles


¾ of a mile

Rest 2 min

½  mile

Rest 2 min

¼ of a mile

Rest 2 min

Repeat x 2 total rounds
